To return an item(s) firstly complete the enclosed Return Form and the goods to:

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the Return Form the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. You will find the Return Form on the reverse of your Dispatch Note.

Unless faulty, we are only able to offer an exchange or refund in the following circumstances: the goods are unused, have all tags attached and remain in their original condition (including packaging and labelling). We are only able to offer an exchange or a refund.

If an exchange (excluding delivery costs) is required, we need to be informed via email fourteen (14) days after your receipt of the order. Email us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com. The order must then be returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of your desire to return the goods, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will process your request within a reasonable period of time. We will process the exchange as soon as possible.

If a full refund (excluding delivery costs) is required, we need to be informed via email fourteen (14) days after your receipt of the order. Email us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com. The order must then be returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of your desire to return the goods, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will process your request for a refund within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.

If you return goods that are faulty, we will examine the returned goods and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the faulty goods.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
